1. What materials do you use in your jewellery?
Our pieces are crafted in 2 kinds of base metals: high-grade brass and Stainless Steel. The products and their usage determine the metals we use. Pieces like earrings, which tend to come into water/soap contact during showers, are crafted in Stainless Steel to prolong their lifespan.
2. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes! All of our pieces are hypoallergenic. They’re free from nickel, lead, and other common irritants. Please check the product description for specific material info.
3. Do you offer custom jewellery?
We can offer customisations for certain designs with a production time of 10 days if you order at least 15 pieces. Write to us at support@maisonindienne.in and our team will guide you through the development process with ease.
4. How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery sparkling, follow the 3 golden rules:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals.
- Store in a soft airtight pouch or box.
- Use a gentle cloth to clean.

5. Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
We do not offer returns. We accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery if the item received is damaged. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Customized pieces are non-returnable.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team with your order receipt, images of the item with the damage, and we will arrange an exchanged piece to be sent to you.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders take 10 days to prepare at the least.
7. How can I find my ring size?
We offer a sizing guide on our website to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out for assistance.
8. What if my jewellery breaks or needs repair?
We offer a repair service for most of our pieces. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
9. How can I make changes to my order?
If you missed something and would like to add it to the same order, write to us at support@maisonindienne.in or connect on Whatsapp with your order receipt. Our team will guide you through the process. Alternatively, you can place an additional order & it would be shipped together. We offer complimentary PAN India shipping to eliminate the hassle.
If you’d like to cancel an item, write to us at support@maisonindienne.in or connect on Whatsapp with your order receipt. Our team will accommodate the request is the order is not yet shipped.
10. Are your necklaces & bracelets free-size?
Yes! All our necklaces & bracelets are adjustable, so they are well-suited for everyone.
11. Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?
We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

1 Is there a running discount?
We’re newly launched, and there are no running offers at the moment. Please see our pricing policy, which explains the fair pricing and how we procure our articles by avoiding middlemen and distributors.
2. Can I get a same-day delivery?
Same-day deliveries are possible in Delhi NCR with courier costs at actuals. Connect with us and we will arrange them for you.
3. Where can we see your products in person?
We do not retail physically at the moment. To help avoid the hassle, we have our product images with no retouching, so it gives the right idea of the finish you’re looking at!
