Refund policy

Firstly, we’re bummed that you had to look for this page. For any unsatisfactory product issues, we’d appreciate it if you’d let us know & we’d be glad to assist you.

1. For products that are received as faulty or with damage, we offer immediate exchanges at our cost if reported within 3 days. Please reach us at support@maisonindienne.in or WhatsApp us here with order details & photos of the damaged item to initiate the same. 
2. If you wish to exchange a product for another color, reach out to our Customer care, and we will ship a replacement for you once you have sent back the original piece with packaging intact. 
3. We do not offer returns
