TAXES & DUTIES
Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

SHIPPING CHARGES & TIMELINE
We dispatch all pieces in 2 days from the order placement. Any delays due to heavy demand may affect the timelines briefly. Shipping for orders across India is complimentary.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
All domestic orders will take approximately 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. In cases of delay, please contact us, and we will assist you with the live order status. 

INSURANCE
We take responsibility for each purchase until it is delivered to you. We do not cover for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. For a smooth delivery experience, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
You may cancel an order after placing it, provided it is not shipped. Please contact our Customer support with your order details for cancellations. They should promptly help you to accommodate the request. 

No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained, barring extenuating circumstances. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user's credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in the form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 14 business days.

RETURNS
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and conform to our terms and conditions. Please return items in their original condition, with packaging material in which the items were originally delivered including but not limited to hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, boxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
